GRP Construction - aids any project were fibreglass/grp is required in a construction environment. GRP Gratings are manufactured from glass reinforced thermoset resins, Captrad's fibreglass gratings are an excellent choice to replace conventional steel and aluminium flooring systems in such aggressive/hazardous environments. Grating is produced in various forms from grp moulded grating and grp pultruded gratings which provide an efficient and cost effective solution for all flooring, composite walkways and decking areas requiring long term performance in very aggressive and corrosive/chemical environments.

Fiberglass Mouldings and GRP Mouldings can be manufactured in many forms. Fibreglass has a number of advantages to offer such as extremely robust, lightweight, stability, a wide variety of colours and finishes. Fibreglass can be moulded to virtually any shape and is therefore and excellent product to work with. Captrad uses various composites to create pretty much any shape or design. Composites prove to be an excellent material when a moulded shape is required.

Composite Structures are structural pultruded profile shapes produced from fiberglass that include Angles, Box Section, Channel, I-beam, Wide flange beam, Round Tubes, Rods Flat Bars and others etc. These grp pultrusions are used in a wide range of applications, offering a unique combination of chemical resistance, size stability, high strength, and thermal and electric nonconductive. Each pultruded fiberglass profile is available in a number of dimensions to suit for a variety of design and application requirements. For special uses, custom shapes are also available. Captrad also supplies a full range of Cable Trays and Cable ladders in fiberglass.

Bus Shelters , Bike Shed, Cycle Shelters, Smoking Shelters, Cycle Compounds, Trolley Shelters, Pay and Display Shelters, Waiting shelters, Walkways. With our design and manufacture process we are able to adapt to any project design, which compliments our standard shelter range. Captrad's Cycle Shelters can be produced from small one offs to large extended Cycle shelters that can accormodate 100 or more cycles. We are also able to produce Cycle Compounds to offer that extra security where required. Captrad has a number of standard Cycle Shelter designs but we can also offer a bespoke design service which allows us to cater for any project. We can also produce Cycle Shelters and Compounds in a variety of colours making them blend into any environment.
